This is a wonderful book about our Savior, written for children but equally enjoyable for adults.Very fun and insightful to read.The bright, big and colorful illustrations are fantastic and they really bring the stories to life.Hoping John does some more books, he definitely has a gift for rhyming!
This is a wonderful rhyming story of Jesus in big 7x10" pages with bold colors and illustrations with animals. Most everyone loves reading rhymes aloud, like Dr. Seuss books, and even the Lord's Prayer is set to rhyme. The book opens with God's perfect world, until people messed it up with sin, which is why we need a Savior. Thus begins "Oh This Jesus" story from His birth to Ascension, chronicled in 53 pages. It makes a great gift from Amazon.com for family and friends alike, and especially Good News Club and Vacation Bible School.
This is a great one!The story is biblically accurate and written very nicely.It's a great overview of the life of Jesus.It's easy to read and very informative.My kids (6yr old boy and 9yr old girl) enjoyed it, which (as any parent knows) is the true test of a children's book.They especially liked the bold, beautiful illustrations.It's a great book to have around the house for the kids.
Incredible book - kept my kids engaged all along the way. This is no small feat. Ready for your next book John!
